2. Use of Service

CCAT Master is provided for lawful personal study purposes only. You may not share your account credentials, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated tools to access the service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on CCAT Master — including questions, notes, code, and design — is owned by CCAT Master Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

CCAT Master is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
